How do I connect my Amazon account?
Click the "Sign up with Amazon" button on the homepage. You'll be redirected to Amazon's authorization page where you can grant Leadsphere Connect the necessary permissions to access your marketplace data.
Which marketplaces are supported?
Currently, we support Amazon marketplaces in the United States, Canada, Mexico, and the United Kingdom. Support for additional regions is coming soon.
How often does inventory sync?
Inventory synchronization occurs in real-time whenever changes are detected. Additionally, we run scheduled syncs every hour to ensure data consistency across all marketplaces.
Is my data secure?
Yes. We use industry-standard encryption for all data transmission and storage. Your Amazon credentials are never stored - we only keep secure refresh tokens in encrypted format. Read our Privacy Policy for more details.
